Sales FAQ: Common Facts and Questions Asked


Question #1: What types of payment do you accept?

Answer: The following methods of payment are accepted:

  1. Visa
  2. Mastercard
  3. Discover
  4. American Express
  5. Authorize.net
  6. PayPal


Question #2: What types of currency do you accept?


  1. All items are priced and listed in American Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
  2. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.


Question #3: Why does my order cost an extra few dollars?

Answer: Applicable Taxes and Fees

  1. Sales tax applies to all orders placed in the state of Louisiana, which will clearly be shown throughout the checkout process.


Question #4: How long until my greenhouse gets shipped?


  1. Until the payment has been processed and verified, orders are not binding, until otherwise deemed paid.
  2. Orders are typically processed immediately and shipped within 24 business hours.
  3. The time it takes to arrive depends on the location being shipped to, orders usually will be received in 3-7 days, but can take up to 7-14.


Question #5: Does my order include free shipping?


  1. Purchase includes free shipping on all orders, for customers living in the lower 48 states, United States.
  2. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges.
  3. Additional charges will be based upon the weight, deminsions, number of boxes, and location being shipped, AL and HI orders must go via FedEx air mail.


Question #6: How often do you ship out products?


  1. Items are shipped out within 24 hours off payment verification and are shipped every weekday, Monday through Friday. Cases in which items are not directly shipped out are due to the following reasons;


Question #6: Is your company open during Holidays?


  1. On major U.S.A. holidays, orders will not be shipped until the following weekday.
  2. However, if you had any questions, comments, or concerns, they would be addressed typically very fast, during holidays and even private vacations.
  3. Loyal and honest customers mean a lot to us, therefor we will bend over backwards to get them taken care of and in the best way possible.
  4. The company projection is to be able to run 24/7, even on holidays, by the beginning or middle of the year 2012.

Delivery Estimations/Operations:

  1. We do our best to make certain that your item(s) arrive on time, but sometimes it is out of our hand, due to unexpected conditions and accidents.
  2. Are you worried about the delivery time? For a standard mailing fee + $5 your item can be upgraded to the fastest possible method. (Note: Larger and even some medium sized greenhouses are more expensive to ship this way, due to their weight and multiple boxes. Smaller greenhouses, hydroponics, compost bins, and other small accessories are perfect for this method.)
  3. EarthCare will happily provide you with a free package tracking number, it will let display exactly where your package has been and for how long, and more importantly, how long until it gets to you.
  4. EarthCare Greenhouse warehouse facilities are located in Youngsville, Louisiana 70592 United States, for a better idea of when it might arrive.


Gift Certificates, Coupons, Vouchers, and Limited Offers:

  1. EarthCare Greenhouses is constantly offering unmatched specials, coupon codes, gift certificate presents, and limited time only offers, one would have to be crazy to pass this by!
  2. A gift certificate is good for a period of 5 years, after that it will expire.

  1. If an item or part fails to meet the guidelines specified in the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer customer service department.

Return Shipping Fees:

Return and Refund Terms and Conditions:

  1. To get the complete refund, the item(s) must be returned in the original condition and packaging, that it was delivered and received.
  2. The item will be inspected upon re-arrival, if there are broken parts and pieces the item will be assessed, and then a partial refund may be given.
  3. If the item is deemed broken and beyond repair, there may be no refund given.
  4. It's a good idea to take pictures and claim exact item condition, prior to sending it back. Occassionally, items will be damaged during shipping and claims must be maid to the shipping company.
  5. Failure to meet these requirements will result in no refund.
