Delivery Information and Shipping Policies:
The following are the delivery information and shipping policies set by EarthCare Greenhouses.
- All products are stocked and shipped from our warehouse located in Youngsville, Louisiana, United States.
- Shipping is free on all items and for customers living in the lower 48 states (contiguous, United States). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other countries are subject to additional charges, based on the quantity ordered, shipping weight, location being shipped to, and number of boxes.
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Orders weighing two pounds or more are shipped via Fed Ex Ground.
- Orders weighing from 1 oz. through two pounds are commonly shipped via U.S. Postal Service first class mail.
- Delivery dates of shipped purchases will vary from state to state.
- We do not ship to P. O. Boxes.
- If your order ships Fed Ex Ground, your tracking number will already be entered on the order, after it has been processed. To track a purchase, phone FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
Cancellations and Order Changes:
If you must make changes or cancel your order, please verify your order immediately.
- Changes may be made, as long as the order is not in processing.
- Phone us as soon as possible, to insure changes or cancellations.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
If Fed Ex (UPS, or another shipper) is unable to deliver your order, due to a customer provided incorrect address, the order will be returned to us.
Note: You will be responsible for any reshipping fees incurred by Fedex (UPS, or another shipper) due to the redeliver process.
